Shipping Policy

TJBanner is the customer-facing brand of Shanghai Tongjie Image Production Co., Ltd. This Shipping Policy explains how shipping availability and charges are handled for retail, bulk and custom/RFQ orders.

1. Shipping availability

Shipping destinations, services and rates depend on the product, quantity, destination, package characteristics and the shipping options available at checkout or in a written quotation. We do not promise delivery to every country or territory. If a destination is not available at checkout, contact us at tongjie@tjbanner.com for an availability review; an RFQ review does not guarantee that shipping can be arranged.

2. Shipping rates

Shipping rates and available shipping services are calculated and displayed at checkout based on the destination, product, package characteristics and selected shipping method. For bulk, custom and RFQ orders, shipping charges may be quoted separately.

3. Processing and dispatch

We will process and dispatch accepted orders using the applicable fulfillment arrangement. The order confirmation, checkout, quotation or customer-service communication may provide more specific timing. Custom, bulk, OEM/ODM and RFQ orders may require artwork approval, production scheduling, packaging coordination or other steps before dispatch. We will communicate material delays when reasonably possible.

4. Carrier delivery

Carrier tracking may be provided when available. A carrier scan or delivery estimate is not a guarantee of a particular delivery date. Delays may result from customs, weather, carrier capacity, address problems, remote-area service, peak periods, strikes, regulatory checks or events outside our reasonable control. Customers should provide a complete and accurate delivery address and monitor carrier communications.

5. Customs, duties and taxes

For international shipments, the recipient may be responsible for import duties, customs charges, brokerage fees, local taxes and other destination charges unless the accepted order or quotation expressly states otherwise. Customs rules vary by destination. TJBanner cannot guarantee that an order will clear customs or that a particular tariff, tax classification or import charge will apply.

6. Fulfillment and returns

Orders may be fulfilled from our U.S. warehouses depending on inventory availability and destination. The specific return address will be provided when a return is authorized.

7. Bulk, custom and RFQ shipments

For bulk, custom printing, OEM/ODM and RFQ projects, shipping charges and logistics arrangements may be quoted separately. The written quotation or accepted project terms may address packaging, split shipments, freight, insurance, delivery appointment, duties and other project-specific matters. If those terms conflict with this general Policy, the accepted project terms control to the extent permitted by law.

8. Address changes, loss and damage

Contact us as soon as possible if an address needs correction. We cannot guarantee that a change can be made after dispatch. If a package arrives damaged or appears lost, retain the packaging and contact us with the order number, photographs and carrier information so that we can investigate. Claims may be subject to carrier deadlines.
