Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of tjbanner.com and purchases or quotation requests made through the website. TJBanner is the customer-facing brand of Shanghai Tongjie Image Production Co., Ltd. ("TJBanner", "we", "us" or "our"). By using the website, placing an order, or submitting an RFQ, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website.

1. Products and services

TJBanner offers retail products and may provide bulk purchasing, custom printing, OEM/ODM and other business services. Product images, colors, dimensions and specifications are provided for general information. Minor variations may occur because of screens, materials, printing processes, finishing, packaging and production tolerances.

2. Retail orders

When you place a retail order, you make an offer to purchase the selected products. An order is accepted only when we confirm acceptance or fulfill the order. We may refuse, limit or cancel an order where permitted by law, including for inaccurate pricing or availability information, suspected fraud, shipping restrictions, or inability to verify payment or order information. If we cancel a paid order, we will arrange an appropriate refund through the original or an appropriate payment method.

3. Bulk, custom, OEM/ODM and RFQ orders

A quotation or RFQ response is not an accepted order unless it states otherwise. Bulk and custom work may require confirmation of quantities, dimensions, materials, artwork, proofs, finishing, packaging, delivery destination, production schedule and payment terms. A custom or business order becomes binding when the applicable quotation, proof, purchase order or order confirmation is accepted and any required payment or deposit is received.

Customers are responsible for the accuracy, legality and quality of information, artwork, logos, trademarks and other materials supplied for production. We may request proof approval before production. Changes after approval may cause additional cost, delay or a revised quotation. We are not responsible for errors in customer-approved artwork or specifications.

4. Pricing and payment

Prices, shipping charges, taxes, duties and availability may change before order acceptance. The checkout or written quotation will identify the applicable price and charges. A quotation may expire on the date stated in it or, if no date is stated, when material costs, exchange rates, capacity or other relevant circumstances change. Payment is processed by the payment provider selected at checkout or stated in the quotation. We do not request or store full payment-card details by email.

5. Shipping and delivery

Shipping availability, destinations, rates and carrier options depend on the current checkout configuration and the order. Customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees and other destination charges may be payable by the recipient unless expressly stated otherwise. Delivery dates are estimates unless a written agreement expressly provides a guaranteed date. Split shipments, carrier delays, customs processing, weather, force majeure and other events outside our reasonable control may affect delivery.

6. Returns, refunds and defects

Retail returns and refunds are governed by the current Refund Policy. Custom, bulk and RFQ orders are generally not cancellable or returnable after production begins, except for verified defects, material nonconformity, our error, or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Customers must contact us before sending any return. We may request photographs, measurements, packaging information or other evidence to assess a claim.

7. Acceptable use and customer content

You may not use the website for unlawful, fraudulent, infringing, abusive or harmful activity. You represent that you have the rights needed for any artwork, text, data, logo or other material you submit. You grant us and our production and service providers a limited right to use submitted material only as reasonably necessary to quote, produce, fulfill, support and document the requested service, subject to our Privacy Policy.

8. Intellectual property

The TJBanner name, website content, designs, text, graphics, logos and software are owned by or licensed to us and may not be copied, modified, distributed or used without permission. Customer-owned artwork and other customer materials remain the customer's property, subject to the limited operational rights described above. Unless agreed otherwise in writing, we may retain ordinary business records of an order and may not publicly display customer work without authorization.

9. Third-party services

The website may rely on Shopify, payment providers, carriers, analytics tools and other third-party services. Their services may be subject to separate terms and privacy notices. We are not responsible for independent third-party services, except as required by applicable law.

10. Disclaimer and limitation

To the extent permitted by law, the website and information are provided on an "as available" basis. We do not exclude or limit liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer rights. Subject to those rights, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from use of the website or an order. For a paid order, our liability will not exceed the amount paid for the affected order, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

11. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Mandatory consumer-protection rights in the customer's jurisdiction remain unaffected. Before starting a formal dispute, the parties should contact one another in good faith using the contact information below so that the issue can be reviewed and resolved where possible.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on the website. The updated effective date will appear at the beginning of the revised Terms. Continued use after the update means that the revised Terms apply to future use and orders, subject to applicable law.
