TJBanner is the customer-facing brand of Shanghai Tongjie Image Production Co., Ltd. ("TJBanner", "we", "us" or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose and protect information when you visit tjbanner.com, place a retail order, request a bulk or custom quotation, submit an RFQ, communicate with our customer service team, or otherwise use our services.

1. Information we collect

We may collect information that you provide directly, including your name, company name, billing and shipping address, telephone number, email address, account details, order details, product specifications, artwork or other files submitted for custom production, RFQ information, and communications with us.

When you browse or use the website, Shopify and our service providers may automatically collect technical information such as device type, browser type, IP address, approximate location, pages viewed, referring URL, and interactions with the website. We may use cookies and similar technologies for essential site functions, security, preferences, analytics and, where applicable, marketing. Our online store is hosted and supported by Shopify. Shopify and other providers may process information as necessary to provide hosting, checkout, payment processing, fraud prevention, analytics, email, customer support, shipping and other operational services. Payment card details are generally submitted directly to the applicable payment provider and are not stored by us in full payment-card form. Payment providers may apply their own privacy notices and terms.

We may share information with Shopify, payment and fraud-prevention providers, logistics and fulfillment providers, technology and analytics providers, professional advisers, and other contractors who process information on our behalf.
