Refund Policy

TJBanner is the customer-facing brand of Shanghai Tongjie Image Production Co., Ltd. This Refund Policy applies to purchases made through tjbanner.com and should be read together with the Terms of Service.

1. Standard retail returns

For a standard retail product that is eligible for return, contact us at tongjie@tjbanner.com within 30 days after delivery. The product must generally be unused, in resalable condition, and returned with its original packaging and order information. Some products may be excluded where permitted by law, including products that are personalized, made to the customer's specifications, opened for hygiene or safety reasons, or otherwise identified as non-returnable before purchase.

The 30-day period is a standard retail policy and does not limit any mandatory rights available under applicable law.

2. Return authorization required

Do not send a return before contacting us. We will review the request and, if approved, provide return instructions and the authorized destination. The current verified US warehouse that may be used for an approved return is:

This is an operational Shopify warehouse and not the company's legal registered office. The address should be used for a return only when it appears in the return authorization or instructions issued by TJBanner. Unapproved or misdirected returns may delay review or refund processing.

3. Damaged, defective or incorrect items

Contact us promptly after delivery if an item is damaged, defective, materially different from the order, or incorrectly supplied. Please provide the order number and clear photographs or other information reasonably requested. We may offer replacement, repair, a price adjustment or refund depending on the issue, available remedy and applicable law.

4. Bulk, custom, OEM/ODM and RFQ orders

Bulk orders, custom printing, OEM/ODM work and products made to an approved specification are not generally eligible for change-of-mind cancellation or return after production begins. This includes work produced from customer-approved artwork, measurements, materials, proofs, quantities or other specifications. If the product has a verified manufacturing defect, material nonconformity, or error attributable to TJBanner, contact us so the issue can be investigated and an appropriate remedy can be arranged. This section does not exclude rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

A quotation, deposit, proof approval or production milestone may have additional cancellation, adjustment or refund terms. Those written terms apply to the relevant bulk or custom project to the extent they are consistent with applicable law.

5. Refund review and method

After we receive and inspect an approved return, or after we verify a defect or other approved claim, we will communicate the outcome. Approved refunds are normally processed within 10 business days after the approved return is received and reviewed. The time for the refund to appear in the customer's account may depend on the payment provider, bank, or card issuer. An approved refund is normally issued through the original payment method where possible. Original shipping charges and return shipping charges may be non-refundable except where the return results from our error, a defect, nonconformity, or applicable law requires otherwise.

6. Exchanges

If an exchange is appropriate and available, contact us before returning the item. Availability depends on product stock, specifications and the reason for the exchange.
